Responsibilities:
The successful candidate shall also be responsible to manage in recruitment, training , benefits and develop programs of the bank to ensure that staff possesses the competency requirements on basis of appropriated education, skill and experience. He or she will also be responsible to contribute towards improvement of the bank’s policies and guidelines and to assist management in motivating high performance of individuals and teams and to promote good industrial relations, also for developing plan and program for enhancing the effectiveness of the organization, analysis and reporting HR Data

Requirements:
Posses A University Degree, Professional Degree or Master’s degree in any field or preferably in Psychology/Law
At least 5 years of working experience in the Human Resource Department in a banking industry, having good knowledge in all area of HR
Understanding of various facts of human resource management and behavioral personnel techniques
Have good contacts and network with people working in the Human Resource industry and/or in a banking industry
Strong command of written and verbal English
Matured, resourceful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
IT literate
Max 40 years
